Fish lake cheney area

I was woundering if Fish lake by Cheney was a year round lake? I know they have the tiger trout in there that i have cought before, the state record is from there too i know. That is cool. I bet the fishing is good right now for trolling. Also, i have fished it a few times for bass woundering if anyone has ever coght one there or if there are many. darn blue gills are everywere. Anyhow, any tips will all be soaked in. Stay safe out there everyone.
