cooked rice. nice and wet. tjem mix old salmon eggs (for example cured skeins or other old eggs that may be sitting in your freezer). When it is ready, it will look like a nasty egg smelling jambalaya.

But the trout luv it. I''ve caught trout in LK WA that were stuffed with my chum

Creamed corn, crushed/whole salmon eggs, or even try both

I use cornmeal and jarred feed eggs mixed with last years salmon roe from steelheading. Then I toss it with a wooden spoon.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

I got a few but the one i've been using the most lately and doin well with is a quarter bottle of pro-cure butt juice, some bottled water and oatmeal. Put it in a blender with a dash of powered krill and blend til it looks like a pepto bismal smoothie. It'll come out mildly lumpy and u can jus pour a lil in the water. It'll sink well cuz of the oatmeal and boy howdy does it milk.:chef:
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.

Um, what about this?:

Statewide Freshwater Rules
Bait Rules p26.

"It is unlawful to chum or broadcast any substance to attract game fish"

:-"

Can you give an example of a "certain lake"?

There's room for improvement in Washington regualtions. :study:

I think corn is ilegal except I know everyone uses Shoepeg corn in Lk Stevens. Most lakes corn is illegal to use .It chokes the fish from what I remember from Fisheries many many years ago.I knew a guy who fished Mineral Lake .He would open a couple cans of Alpo dog food and drop them below his boat. He limited probably a few times .I use a can of catfood in my crayfish pots.

Sorry if I came off rude that wasnt my intention. The regs switch so much, but I know Lk WA use to allow it, Kechlus on top of Snoqualmie pass, and Rufus Woods use to allow it, but I think they ended that at Rufus. Its also allowed in the salt too.
