Green Label Puget Sound Herring.. Need Advice!

NOTE: This is my very 1st posting and my very 1st forum ( I know, I'm a late bloomer)!!
I have an opportunity to order Green label herring at $4.78 a dozen but I have to buy them by the case ( 36 dozen).
I am looking for people who would like to go in on a case. You need to live in the Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington area to make this work. I personally only want maybe 6-10 dozen and the case needs to be pre-paid for ( at a local sports store) and will be in one persons name. I am not sure how to pull this off and have everyone feel comfortable that they will get what they order and pre-pay for. Any suggestions would be helpful.
