Rufus Woods Boat Launch

Hey Guys
I usually launch at rufus woods at the primative launch below the upper set of net pens. I thought that I heard that there was another primative launch down river. I was wondering if you guys new where it was at and how to get there. Also, how far away is that launch from the one by the upper set of pens. We usually camp at the indian campground by the middle set of pens, just wondering how far of a drive it would be. We are looking to explore more of the river. Also, does anyone know what pens they are releasing the tagged fish from? And are they still doing it every month. Thanks Guys, taker easy.
