I then headed to Martha Lake aaaaaand found a bug hatch happening and the trout were going crazy so i was able to get close enough to catch 15 before they stop'd several pict's show why these fish were fat and fiesty as to what they were eating. 19 trout in all...

Hatch's can happen any time. when i got to Martha Lake the snow stop'd and the fish were feeding, as to the corn most likely was chum'd a day or two before.

I never knew that. I thought it had to be warm or warming to get a hatch.

Great Report! Love the Largie laying in the snow! Way to get out there regardless of conditions!
