Looking for a different way to prepare Steelhead, I came across this youtube recipe fish masala using Rainbow Trout. I had all the ingredients, so made it using a fillet of Steelhead cut into 2" wide strips (skin on and mostly descaled). It was incredibly good. If you like Indian food, this has great flavor. Note: I used a single Serrano pepper for the green chili and it was a bit on the spicy side.
