When youre up to your rear end in alligators,its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Easy Chili (for those that aren't as handy in the kitchen)

- Take a pound (or 2) of cubed beef, brown the sides with olive oil.
- Chop up an onion.
- Add this http://www.healthyheartmarket.com/brows ... xin's.HTML and all of the ingredients it calls for.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours

Caution: Heed the warnings for the ground habenero packet. I LOVE spicy hot foods & ask for 4-5 star wherever I go, I used the whole packet once and it was borderline too hot for me (1/2 to 3/4 was just right). In fact when I opened the packet, I got a little of the dust in my nose and it bloodied it!

Notes:

The beef doesn't need to be browned, if you brown it, it will stay in chunks, if you do not, it will just break down (like pulled pork)
This will probably work with other chili kits, but this is the best one I have tried.
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker

As Ben Franklin said: In wine there is wisdom, in beer there is freedom, in water there is bacteria.

Remember:
Water = Poop,
Wine = Health.

Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk stupid, than to drink water and be full of poop
