Diamond sharpeners are awesome! I lost my last one and picked up a replacement today at Jerry's Surplus in Everett. ($8.99)
These are perfect for sharpening fish hooks because there is a groove in the shaft. They are also ideal for sharpening serrated knife blades.
I highly recommend them.
