Anyone out there know where the best place to fish from shore without hassle from the homeowners @ lagoon point on Whidbey. Parking? Thanks.

If I were you, head for Fort Casey. I've heard great reports coming from that shoreline.

Ft Casey is a great place to fish off the beach.....Lots of places to fish... You can also get on the Keystone ferry and go over to Pt Townsend and fish off Pt Wilson. It would make a great weekend or several days of beach fishing. I fished Ft Casey several years ago with my uncle and we did pretty well with Buzz Bombs and Pt Wilson Darts and my favorite , a blue and silver 2.5" Kastmaster. Check the fly shops in Pt Angelas and Pt Townsend. They can tell you the places and types of lures to fish for salmon off the beaches nearby. Take care and good luck, Steve
