The guys on Sportscenter called him an energy drink. I disagree.

I watched his fight last night. I think he showed OK endurance. Definetly ugly when the guys coliflower ear popped :flower: I think the ref should have gave the guy a few more seconds and then it may have been over for real. Kimbo hung in there on the ground well, but how good was this english guy really?? They said he beat Dan Severn and a few others, but that must have been when he first started MMA.
Fight of the night was Robbie Lawler and Scott Smith. Man what a waste though, he had 5 minutes to rest but he said the wrong words, " I can't see".

That guys is a pretty bad dude. I didnt see the fight you are talking about. He fights in the lesser known leagues. Once he joins UFC, then he will be legit. When he fought tank, he killed him though. But Tank kind of got screwed, he would have snapped Kimbos ankle if they hadnt stood them up
I have watched all of his internet fights. A couple of them he would just go up to a gang and call out their biggest badest member, and then throw $50,000 on the fight. If you havnt seen the fight where he knocked the guys eye out, you should check it out, crazy stuff

He fights an x-cop and he gets beat pretty good. Whenever the opponent throws an elbow or knee Kimbo's corner goes crazy like its illegal. Surprising he actually starting fighting MMA format, besides the $$$$.

Elite XC is horrible, and it was made even more obvious when the WEC had a fight night the very next day, and every fight except one was light years better than the Elite XC fights. Even the one short one ended in a submission. Kimbo Slice would get destroyed by any of the top UFC heavyweights. He barely beat that British dude, and really the fight probably should have been stopped when he was on the ground eating elbows for about 90 seconds. He has absolutely no ground game whatsoever and anyone that is good on the ground would eat him up in seconds. That same guy that gave Kimbo all the trouble got knocked out in about 30 seconds in his last fight, by the guy that won the opening fight on the card. If that doesn't tell you that they're feeding him meatballs because they know he can't do anything besides stand up brawl then I dont know what does. the money is the one and only reason Kimbo is fighting. I would say his next fight hes going to have to fight someone legitimate, and his 15 minutes is going to be up.
The final 2 fights on the WEC card were legendary and are exactly why i watch MMA.

That fight was pretty wild, the last couple minutes got pretty boring though, they could barely even walk let alone throw punches

hes a really tough guy, but he is just a street brawler. would never even come close to cutting it in the mma world.

Very true. Tank Abbot was able to do it, but that was before everyone was trained in MMA. But if you watched Tank in his latest fisghts he was trying to throw some submissions out there. Kimbo has the potential, but is to stuborn to learn his fighting style all over again. He will stay in the small leagues, and pretty much get paid for just to be there. Please dont tell him I said this
