The temp reading is off on my unit at the moment. I'm trying to find out if it's my US2 sonar, adapter cable, or headunit. Started a couple of weeks ago. Last week while camping, one of those days, it started working properly again, but it's all wacky when I took it out the other day.

Nevermind, thanks though. I happened to check my box and found a spare unit. Didn't realize I still had it.

Intermittent problems are often a bad connection. Id suspect a connector problem or pinched wire and start there. Good luck!
