9/8/2016 7:26:00 PMHe fished the nemah got busted by the landowner for snagging then the access got shut down by the landowner and his daughter this guy is a liar and his name is dave. Ps dave fish and game will be talking to you soon and have the pics from the landowner

9/8/2016 10:41:00 PMFirst of all to my knowledge he never talked to the land owner. second im sure he would be more then willing to talk to wdfw. The fish that was retained was perfectly legal to the knowledge of many people. And im sure he would like to clear this issue up. because the anti snagging rule and selective gear rules have nothing to do or even pertain with what MR, L was talking about. all those state is how you may fish your gear, and what gear you may use in a certain body of water. They have nothing to do with retention other then if its hooked in the head it may be kept. the rule book says nothing about an anti snag rule either, or inside the mouth for the north nemah river.

9/8/2016 11:06:00 PMBut it does say something about a stationary gear restriction so letting your gear sit till a fish swims over it then snagging it in the head is still illegal.

9/9/2016 1:22:00 AMThe guy that freaked out kept saying the "anti snagging" rule was in affect witch it is not. So any fish hooked on the head is legal. 99% of the people were fishing eggs with no weight a few were using floss rigs and a few were using bobbers and every one fowl hooked fish.
