I don't make them, but I'm sure they could be made at home by someone who can make sushi....I guess it also could be done by using California rolls from a grocery store and finishing them off...
What are they?
They are basically a California roll, topped with salmon, then they pour on sauce that I believe is a Teriyaki/Thousand Island mix. It is also baked for roughly 10 minutes, so it's nice and warm for you to enjoy....
I've never seen them before, but if you all get the chance to order them, do so. You will not be dissappointed, even if you don't like sushi. A lot of people I know love these but don't eat any other type of sushi...
