Cole any recipe for white fleshed fish will work for bass. My standby recipe for bass/perch/crappie/bluegill is a basic cracker crumb mix (I use plain soda crackers) with my choice of spices, salt, pepper, maybe some cushed red pepper flakes, some onion or garlic powder. Mix well to distribute the spices throughout. I use an egg/milk wash and dip the fillets in that to coat well before placing in the cracker mix.
Place the coated fillets in a deep fryer or deep sided pan with at least 1" of oil heated to a minimum of 375 degrees. Be careful not to overload the fryer or pan, you don't want the oil temp to drop too much. I always use a high temp cooking thermometer to monitor the oil temperature.
Crack a cold one and enjoy the fillets. My wife makes home made hushpuppies and tartar sauce so it's always good eats!=d>

Sounds very good. Makes me want to leave right now and go fishing. I think we are going a bit later today.
