Never have put in the draw. Usually get a three point or better bull on the west side. Blackpowder hunting this year so, I have the option for a cow as well. Hope to get done elk hunting quick to get back to fishing like last year.

Got drawn for antlerless elk, but not in our primary desired location. Not sure how it'll play out this year, but we'll see what happens. It's been three years since we last got drawn.

Im thinking about going black powder or archery next year, seems like I might have a better chance at one.

I don't blame you on packing your 357, archery is fun. But I sold my bow to buy my rifle, Now I want to get another bow. lol

By asking "Do you hunt other then 4 legged animals. If so thats scarey"? I will assume your asking "What animals do I hunt, that do not have 4 legs? If hunting them, that would be scary"?

Consider for a moment, that I am a bird hunter! No experience with big game.......ie: anything with 4 legs. Technically, anything larger than a two legged wild turkey. Since I do not hunt them. But they could have a special permit draw. I do not know that either.

Pheasants, quail, grouse, chucker are my game. To my knowledge, there are no special draws for them. By the way, birds have two legs. That is the reason for my 4 legged "Draw results are in" thread question, Mr Racfish.

I was politely attempting to clarify what this thread was about. A big game guy would know, a guy that scatters pellets over a few GSP"s, might not.

Is it scary to know I hunt birds?
