Really tough to beat Frogg Toggs for a light rain suit.

Some of the best light weight rain gear I ever had was made by wear gaurd. They Had some good gear I think I paid around 100 or more for a full set. Light weight breathable, well made. The set lasted me a little over a year of hard outdoor work. I tried cheaper sets but none was built like my wear gaurds.
More fish please!

They are currently available at the Costco in Issaquah at around $40 for a set, can't beat that!

$40 is a good price and they're more water proof and breathable than most of the lam fabrics, beat gortex hands down.

I know it's a little spendy, but I just bought one. Of course we're expecting El Ninja or something, right?
I tried on my friends same jacket. You are hermetically sealed. My friend spent 10 minutes in the shower while wearing the bibs and never got wet. Jacket is actually light weight and not as arctic looking as it seems.

I read about Frogg Toggs but half the reviews were negative. But for $40 and Costco's return policy I might give them a try.

I bought a surplus Austrian "gore tex" jacket from SG. What a disapointment. I think the liner was gore tex so the outer shell shed water for a about 5minutes and then it started soaking up water and got heavy- and I sweated like a pig. I sent It back.

Thanks for the input.
