Dicks Sporting Goods

Post by FishingFool » Wed Mar 12, 2014 7:11 pm

I've never been in one before until today. I went down to visit family and eat at BBQ Petes in Tukwila today. One of my favs! It's almost worth it to move back down just for BBQ Petes... :-"

Anyways, I used that opportunity to visit Dicks. I've seen the tv commercials for Lucky Craft lures and such, so I figure lets see what they have...

I'm not interested in rods or reels, I have enough of those. I'm only interested in tackle, and well, that dept is lacking IMO. What I did find was some tubes on clearance. I bought several of those bags. The Excalibur/Bomber lures were a good price at $2.99, so bought several of those, but the color selection was terrible.

But I didn't see a single LC lure.

I mean, I still walked out with about $70 of lures that I probably wont even open this season, but I thought they were suppose to have a better selection?

What I did like was, the store was nice and open. Clean. Well lit. Didn't have people bothering me. Quick enough checkout.
I will check out Limit Out eventually, but that's even farther. [sad]

lol no way. Big5 has what I would consider flea market type of products. I honestly don't know how they are still around.....

Dicks reminds me of Sports Authority.
