What Kind Of Bird Is This?

This is right above the Mercer Island launch. These little buggers were laughing at me since I blanked out on bass today.

Don't know the "songs", but if they're nesting under the bridge I'd suspect "Cliff" or "Barn" swallows.

yeah I'd say more than likly swallows, there in there nesting season. It could be Europeen Starlings they share the same habitat, and are quite noisey but there nesting season is usualy early to mid spring. Just one of my observations. When you see the swallows out feeding, there eating the insects, mayflies, misquitos and what not. This usualy happens at the same time bass start feeding at the top of the water. If you see alot of swollows feeding in an area, chances are you'll hook up on some top water lure or within 3ft of the serface.
