Looks like the Suv was trying to beat the plane!, and ended up colliding instead.. Kind of like at a railroad crossing, when a train is coming. When the video is played at regular speed. The Suv looks to be moving pretty fast, for traveling on grass.

Maybe of interest. The Suv is maybe 3 ft taller than the fence. Hence, the plane is clearing that fence by a very short margin.

Another look at the picture makes me wonder why is the suv right next to that runway?

There is a road that goes past that end of the runway that goes around the the airport's facilities and a resturant, the suv driver was going to the resturant. There is also a 'stop' painted on the pavement. The suv driver ran the stop sign.

The pilot was also too low for that airport as the 'landing spot' is extended down 100 feet extra due to the fence and road. I forget what the 'extension' term is for that type of situation. All airports have a 'spot' the aircraft are supposed to touch down on/close to. When there is a fence or road close to the end of the runway, that 'spot' is extended down the runway to be sure the aircraft misses the fence, cars, etc.
