anyone go to the boat show?

Post by Dustin07 » Mon Feb 04, 2013 7:59 am

spent all day at what I'd like to refer to as my own disney land... drooling over many different boats. even shuttled up to the lake union show and braved the cold with my wife to play on moor boats (pun intended).

decided I'm in love with two types... Ranger Tugs and the C-Dorys.

finding one in my price range? whole 'nother story.

I went, I too love the tugs and my fav were the seasport. I am currently in trying to sell my tub to buy a new one, the two I am down to was the weld craft maverick 22` or the Thunder jet Alexis 22`. The hewscraft Pacific Cruiser was a great buy 22 footer all electronics and kicker with tie bar and electric down riggers 79999.

I loved seeing all the locally made boats there, hew Heweys were great (and huge). some really really really awesome fishing setups!

we're looking for our 'adventure' boat. something we can both fish on like crazy ( as well as crab/shrimp) and venture into the islands and sleep on. and honestly........ there are way more choices than I originally thought.

the fact that boat loans can reach out so much further than auto loans may get me into trouble, lol =D>
