Kirkland Signature Smoked Pulled Pork

Post by Dave » Tue Feb 08, 2011 1:36 am

My wife and I were at Costco this last Friday and decided to try the Kirkland Signature Smoked Pulled Pork. You simply add your favorite BBQ sauce to it and you are good to go. It was sooooo good that I had to share this with all of you. We added our favorite BBQ sauce to it and let it sit in the fridge overnight in a zip lock bag. The next day we heated it up and enjoyed it on some fresh baked bread with a little mayo and OMG it was absolutely amazing. I'm sure there is better but this stuff was fantastic and effortless to prepare. If you are in the mood for a great tasting BBQ pulled pork sandwich I highly recommend giving this a try.

Thanks for the tip, Dave. My wife is all about minimizing time in the kitchen.

Yeah, mine too, but I'm all about maximizing my time by the grill. I love doing pulled pork...but since I only roll with charcoal and wood, I may have to check this out for the winter pork needs. thanks Dave!

I was in costco and they had all kinds of sample foods out to try for superbowl parties...that was one of them, they used sweet baby rays bbq on it and it was awsome. Out of several samples, that and the honey bbq wings are the best, and there was several things being sampled. We stick to the list in costco, so it will be on the next list.

OK, I'll raise my hand and admit it. I too find Costco's pulled pork to be very good. I do add some liquid smoke to it the night before I plan on using it as I like a smokier flavor. Sweet Baby Rays is tough to beat as a bbq sauce for the pork.
