I agree with Mike a little although I think a good marrige is more about trust.Mike Carey wrote:Marriage is all about compromise! Been there, done that.
That's the thing, she's not my wife because she doesn't have a ring yet, LOL.Mike Carey wrote:Marriage is all about compromise! Been there, done that.FishingFool wrote:is the deal. UUUGGGGHH:-"![]()

The boat i'm looking at is only about $10K. The rings she's been looking at have been 4-5K.MikeFishes wrote:Dude, there's nothing wrong with buying your wife a ring. It'll probably hold it's value better than any boat.
Now, if she's talking about an equivalant amount and the boat you want is up there in price, say 11K, then that's kind of not realistic. A ring could be easily lost, you can't lose a bass boat (unless you take it out during sea-fair or opening day).
How much was the boat anyhow?
oh oh, decision time.FishingFool wrote:That's the thing, she's not my wife because she doesn't have a ring yet, LOL.Mike Carey wrote:Marriage is all about compromise! Been there, done that.FishingFool wrote:is the deal. UUUGGGGHH:-"![]()
