New Home Office Of Wa Lakes

Post by racfish » Mon Dec 06, 2010 11:22 am

I 'm not one to start anything ,BUT..... Theres a home for sale on Mercer Island Wtft (West Side) next to Paul Allens home for sale for a mere 28,000,000.00 (us currency) Its has 12 bedrooms and 12 baths. Two deep water slips and a dock for about 6 smaller craft. Its being sold by Sotherbys. Im suggesting that Mike and Aaron buy this pad and have a Wa Lakes .com resort for the premium members. The other members can stay as well but no bathroom privlages.

This is the site. You could use the membership money for the down payment.I also think there is a real nice top water plug that I got stuck in the canopy one day. OOOPs. My bad.
This is just a suggestion and a great way to boost membership. As a Side note I prefer my own room facing the water.Id also like my own Bathroom with of course my own Parking place.

This was sent to me by my niece in New York. I guess there arent many buyers in the NW.

When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

AND we'll all be premium members! I am sure the amount of money from the premium memberships should cover the down payment! [lol]

I think Taz and other out of state members should get their own room to share. They are good members and deserve a room. Specially Taz.

first a smashed RV and now a 28M mansion. I think we need a bigger membership drive.

Mike its not the money so much. Look at the primo Waterfront. Great bass fishing, excellent cutty fishing. Great perch fishing and very very good Sockeye when open. These are the items and pluses to look at . Forget the money. Thats nothing. The pluses outweigh the negatives. JMO. If you dont grab that soon one of the other fishing sites might gobble that deal up.Again JMO.I'll help out running the kitchen and running my mouth. I excel at both.
The hole in the yacht wasnt my fault.I had to take my hands off the wheel to catch the bloddy mary from spilling on the white shag carpeting in the salon.

The RV was a minor ding. Again the RV wasnt my fault either.Mike didnt tell me the Auto -Pilot wasnt working so I relied on it to keep me safe on the Forest roads up by Tinkham Road. I really thought it would fit without scraping it up.Those trees were closer together then I thought.

Just like you wouldn't want to eat in a Michelan 3-star restaurant everyday, frankly, I don't like living in this house. It's like living in a hotel! But I have to give it that it does make a great vacation home, or timeshare. :-)
