I went to reiter yesterday and didn't get anything but I saw two guys on the other side of the river get there 2 fish limit and I was wondering how you get over to that side? ( opposite side from hatchery)

There is a turnout and a trail right off the highway on your left after you cross the bridge and drive for a bit.

Nope, no burger place. It's in the woods. Take a look at Google maps satellite view, right across the way from the hatchery you will see a turnout across the tracks.

I suggest you hire Nate for the day. Did it myself and was well worth it. You can hit all the hot spots but if you are not fishing that spot correctly doesn't matter how many fish are there, you won't catch any. Do yourself a favor and quit slapping the water and spend the day with Nate.

Agreed, Nate is extremely forth coming and knows his stuff. You'll end the day feeling much better about your chances of catching fish on your own.

Fish come up both sides just fine. Might have just been one of those days. It's definitely easier to see who catches fish when looking across the river.
