Coho/Chum Jigs

I made some jigs to day. 15 of each color, made just for twitching jigs for coho and chum! :cheers:

nice the bottom one looks good, now try making spinners hecka fun especially when you catch loads of coho on them like I do on mine. Do you tie steely jigs up too?
I like the pautzke container in the background by the TV haha

I do make my own steely jigs as well. I haven't tried making spinners yet. Know of any kits? And yeah, that's pautzke borax o' fire. The coho have been swallowing that stuff.

catching fish on jigs and spinners that you make is the best. But whats great is when all the people around you are throwing store bought spinners and your the only one catching fish....and it is on your home made spinner or jig!!! :cheers:

cabelas had a good starter spinner making kit for like 75 i think it was.

That's a little to much for me. I'm kinda broke right now because of homecoming and buying a new rod. But when I do Get enough money that WILL be part of my arsenal. I've been using the KND spinners lately. They're pretty cheep, they're made with quality materials and they do catch fish! If anyone would like to donate to the give Raymond donation that I would be very greatful. HA. just kidding guys. [flapper]

spinner kits are a waste just buy materials seperate like the wire, french blades, clevises and bodies and be creative with the bodies like use beads and corkies or even weighted colored cheaters and other stuff, that is how I came about with my spinner but unfortunely other companies are now selling look alikes though.
