Reiter Tommorow

Post by DannyL » Wed Feb 06, 2013 1:08 am

I've read a few reports that have seen fish come out. I'm thinking of going tommorow. Anyone else going? Also does anyone carry sand shrimp up that way? May hit Wallace on the way back.

I wish I could go but my employer says I have to work to get paid.
There is a 76 station in Monroe that has shrimp and there is also a little store in Startup that has a 76 sign but no gas pump. It is on the south side of the hiway at the Reese road turn off. They a variety of bait there including sand shrimp. Good Luck!

Triangle beverage in Snohomish typically has the best sand shrimp in our neck of the woods. Always fresh.

Went to Reiter on the 2nd, and stopped at the Chevron on the west side of 2 right before you go out of Monroe, and they had pretty fresh, lively sandshrimp. They also had some decent eggs, Rays Bait Co brand (better than the Alaska Bait Co. stuff in the cryovac pack).

Only 2 fish came out of their that day, but there has been some rain since then, too.

Skookumchuck was a bust today, had some takedowns but didn't see much chrome. Just a lot of moldy red snaggletooths. Need a good rain to bring them in (they're ready)

Sky valley traders at the corner of hwy 2 and Kelsey street usually has fresh shrimp as well as a fair selec tion of tackle. Not sure how early they open on weekdays but they open early on the weekend. They'd appreciate the business, especially with wally world coming to town soon. :-&
