I was supposed to get mine tomorrow, but I got it yesterday. Go figure. Already spent on a pontoon boat.

Im looking forward to taking this check, putting it in my bank account, and repaying it over the next several years back into the US treasury, along with the debt from the war and the interest on that debt.

Your welcome China!

I have finally got my excuse to buy the trailer for the jon boat. Therefore I no longer need my truck to carry it around in, so my truck is now for sale.

Cav, thats genius! Cutting your fuel usage and reducing pollution by selling the truck.

We could all learn from that move!

Got a letter today stating how much I am to receive but I still haven't got it yet. Funny thing is the last digits of my SS# would be for the first group and I received my tax return by direct deposit. Oh well, good things are worth waiting for.
I'd imagine most of you have already spent it. :-"

I decided to spend a portion of the check and help stimulate the local economy. I went down to The White Elephant in Spokane and bought a Humminbird 585c fish finder. The one I had was 10 years old. The new one has a much bigger color screen, better resolution and quite a bit more power. The advances they have made in the last decade is amazing. With the built in thermometer, I won't have to drop a thermometer over the side any more:cheers:

Congrats Marc
Plan on doing a Product review?
Your right. With the technology out there, todays fish finders blow the last decades fish finders clear outta the water...Side imaging, GPS and fish finders on one unit, it's all crazy now how a little gizmo is so capable of doing so much...

I took advantage of the Top Foods offer and used mine to buy gift cards (redeemable for groceries). Top Foods kicked in an additional $180 per their offer.

Marc,
I recently purchased the Humminbird 565. I upgraded from a wide 100 that was about eight years old. You are gonna love your new one, they are awesome.

Diesel is now selling for $4.75! My van runs on unleaded @ $3.67.

BTW, what's the E that you sign most of your posts with?
