Lake Packets available

Post by Stacie Kelsey » Fri May 20, 2011 9:46 pm

Hey Guys!

Haven't done one of these posts in awhile. I have lake packets available to send through the mail if you are interested. They mostly pertain to my Region, but there is some cool generic info I send out. Plus some fun extra goodies. :bounce:

If you would like one, please send me your mailing address (do not post it here!) to [email protected]

Do they include any bass lakes? That's all I fish for. :)

Anyone reading this that is not on the forum (you should join in the fun!!) - feel free to contact me as well.

My Region covers the six counties in southwestern Washington - Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Lewis, Skamania and Wahkiakum - but there is also some really good general info!

If PM is good, sending. Stacie, there is 2 of us sitting over here, both of us have lived in WA about 50 years. Neither one of us recall hearing of "Wahkiakum" county. We'll look it up of course. No need to tell us where it is. What do you know is the BEST of Wahkiakum County? Or What's Wahkiakum County best known for?

It sits near mouth of the Columbia so, probably the fishing is what's known for and possibly the hunting.

There are no lakes down there, so while it's in our Region the salmon/steelhead/sturgeon/smelt guys work in it more than I do. I might wander in there occasionally to deal with private stocking issues but other than that I'm hardly ever there. I think I was there only 2 time last year and not at all this year yet!

Best known for Buoy 10 then! I used to love that fishery! Wow, you're up late!

Lewis and Clark found the hunting to be poor north of the Columbia, at it's mouth.

Are these packets only available in your region, or are they available for all regions, just not through you? Could I contact my region rep and get packets for lakes in my region? [wink]

Hmm, Spokane to Vancouver to try your areas. Nope, not gonna happen, just too far to travel, but I sure appreciate the effort! [thumbup]
