Mike (Elk2Bass) and I went fishing on the Pend Oreille River yesterday and he hooked what I think was a new world record fish. We launched out of Oldtown and fished both up and downriver. Mike had just caught a really nice SM Bass that went 4 lb. 11oz, dropshoting a oxblood worm then he hooked into what I have to believe is a new world record fish!!!!!! Just look at the size of this fish!!!!!!!

This has to be the worlds smallest fish ever caught on a hook and line. LOL
It went all of 5/8 of an inch long, What a Toad Mikey!! LOL
We think it was a Smallmouth bass but it was hard to tell at that size.
