not enough enforcement out there. Not only for the snagger but for the drunken boater who thinks its funny to try to swamp smaller boats

too bad the reporter didn't get the "in the mouth" rule right. Not surprising though.

And there is a difference between 'snagging' and 'foul hooking' , both need the fish to be released. One is totally illegal and on purpose, and one is accidental. They showed foul hooked fish and called it 'snagging', but didn't show the person setting the hook like a snagger does, so we don't really know if those certain people were snagging, or just felt a 'strike' and set the hook.
