fish fry
fish fry
Had some friends over last Saturday for a fish fry, becoming a fall tradition for us. Good company, good food and a good time had by all. Salmon, kokanee, trout and perch were all on the menu with a variety of breading and fried in peanut oil. The perch was the hands down crowd favorite, thought the kokanee was the best myself but fried perch is hard to beat. Nights like this are part of what it's all about for me! Tight lines all!

Perch all the way here. Fish fries are where it's at, only thing that could have made it better would be razor clams!

Man - that is just screeming for some Chiloula or Tapitio.. hmm where do I want to go for lunch now...
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker
